![]() I've tried heating the charger with a heating bag and it hasn't worked for me. Also, using my charger to charge other Macbooks work, and other chargers charge my Macbook as it should. My battery has been through 114 cycle counts, so my layman guess is, it isn't the battery (never know for sure). Even the Orange/Green Indicator lights up. So I went to a 3rd Party Apple Service Place and as soon as they plugged my charger and notebook to start diagnosis, it connected perfectly and started charging as it is supposed to. I took the laptop to an Apple Authorised Service Place and they asked me to keep the notebook in for a week and also quoted an exorbitant amount for diagnosis. ![]() My problem is that whenever I plug the charger at Home or my Office (different localities), I'm seeing this error. I've also grabbed a screenshot of 'System Information > Hardware > Power' The Orange/Green indicator light on the magsafe end also does not glow at all. ![]() See the attached screenshots for the exact message. Whenever I plug the charging cable, the battery status icon shows that it's running on 'Power Adapter' and the battery is not charging. I am facing issue regarding charging the notebook. It was purchased in April 2016 (out of warranty now) and has been running great until last month.
